Couldn’t have asked for better
While I do work closely (ETB) with the lads at monarch i knew what I wanted when it came to a car, and the lads made it happen for me. Within a week, they had the car MOT’d, serviced and valeted, with all cosmetic and MOT repairs done. Each and everyone one of them did an ace job at helping me find the upgrade I needed and I couldn’t be more grateful. Big props to nick, matt and Johnny and Dan for making the doc signing and transfer process super easy. Would genuinely suggest these guys and their cars for anyone who’s looking for anything from a first car to an upgrade :)

Excellent Customer Service
Monarch Car Sales have made buying a new car such an easy and pleasant experience.
Knowledgeable and friendly sales people. Got a great deal on both my old car for part ex and on the new one. The new car was ready on the day I asked for it to be and the after sales service and advice has been amazing.
Have to say a big shout out to Matt in particular, he has been most helpful.

Excellent after sales service
After purchasing our car from Monarch in September 2023, a month or so later the warning light appeared indicating problems with the brake discs and pads. We contacted Matt who immediately advised us to return the car to the garage where they would investigate and effect any necessary repair. Not only was the work carried out efficiently, and at no cost to us, but the car was collected and returned to us by transporter - we live over 100 miles from the garage! I would highly recommend dealing with this company - a superb after sales service - so rarely seen.

Brought my vauxhall mokka
Great experience, the standard of service is very high was assured that the car would come with a new 12 month mot even though there were about 10 months left. A service would also be done and anything that needed to be fixed would be done. On collection of my vehicle was easy fast and stress free. Matt did all the paperwork for me registered the car in my name, set up the road tax direct debt up for me. Had copies of all the previous mots and hpi checks were also included in my info pack.
I highly recommend monarch no pushy sales and they take the stress out of buying your car.

I was treated with patience and professional support.
I saw online 2 cars that were of interest. I visited with my son and we were able to test drive immediately the car that we preferred. Outstanding car and outstanding customer service
Monarch Car Sales have such outstanding customer service!
I brought a car from them yesterday (11/03/23) and could not have had more of a pleasant experience. I had only seen the car online, so was a bit sceptical to see how the car looked in person. WOW! It was like it was a brand new car!
All service and MOT had been done prior to collection day and Matt was so helpful!
I asked a few questions about the car, even asked for a video tour. Not even an hour later did he send all the info and videos through!
It was my first time seeing the car on the day of collection and was not disappointed! Will definitely recommend and will be coming back when I change my car in the future!

PROFESSIONAL & RELAXED
This was car buying to a level I had not previously experienced.
I found Matt friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
There was no pressure to purchase but on the strength of the service and information I was given. I purchased an ideal car for the job i needed it for. I did not even view any other cars i had been considering as I felt I was so well looked after.

Just purchased a Mercedes from Monarch cars. I have to say the service given from Matt and Nick was brilliant. Genuine people to do business with. Certainly very honest and no pressure selling. They were honest in the appraisal of the Mercedes and gave me a generous p/ ex price compared with other dealers. Vehicle valeted properly and it looked great. I can’t praise them enough for a seamless transaction. It was a real pleasure to receive this level of customer care. The car is excellent. By the way, I’m not related in any way to either of them. Brilliant
Mat showed me the Freelander. All the points he was aware of and would fix. Test drive for 15 mins. No pressure. Bought the car having had a few hours to think over. Good evening,

A huge thank you to Matt and colleagues for helping my son Charlie purchase is Seat Ibiza.

From start to finish a thoroughly professional yet friendly not “sales” experience.

As a mum I had to let Charlie deal with this on his own and you really looked after him, whilst quietly letting me intervene.

On collection of the car it was spotless and Matt kindly showed Charlie the controls and features and made sure there was enough fuel for our onward journey and sorted the V5 etc

My gorgeous Audi
I had always wanted an audi convertible. The day she arrived I was over the moon. I was sad that the car itself wasn’t working like it should. Matt was great with me. We've just purchased a car (Mazda2) from Monarch dealership yesterday (5//11/2022) for my dad. We had travelled all the way from Rugby, Warwickshire and on arriving at the garage, we were greeted by Matt who was super friendly and he looked after us from start to finish!!
Matt was so helpful and answered all our questions we had about the car very efficiently. We felt so comfortable and relaxed and he was not pushy with the sale.
They have even offered the service of delivering the car to our doorstep which is superb and didn't really expect this, a service going that extra mile!! I will certainly purchase another car through Monarch in the future.

Professional and honest.
Great customer service. After test driving the car and putting down a deposit I left the car with the dealership to service and MOT before delivering. A few days later I was informed of an issue with the car which they could easily have not told me about and gave me the option of my deposit back, as they had informed me of the issue and told me that it would be resolved before they would sell it I chose to wait for the car to be fixed as I had total faith in them after being so honest.
