Great service from start to finish
I part exchanged my wife's car for a newer car from here, I dealt mainly with both of the Ben's! Both were very professional at all times and made us feel at ease when sorting everything out, I was also given a very fair price for my part exchange and any questions I had from start to finish were answered and sorted very quickly and efficiently.
I would highly recommend this garage and would definitely suggest to others to use it too.

I had the an outstanding experience with blue auto
I had Brandon as my sales man and I had an excellent experience. Brandon was there for any queries I had about my purchase and was extremely helpful with staying in contact and making it as easy and smooth sailing as possible. Blue auto had great deals and also did all the work with finding a service plan for my car. Over all Brandon was great and had the best experience with Blue auto.

Excellent friendly service
We received a prompt response and follow-up for our initial enquiry about the car. We got a polite reminder asking us if we would like to optout when we delayed in responding, so that they donot bother us with their repetitive emails.
Both Brandon and Ben answered our queries and gave us regular updates. Brandon duly arranged the test drive for us and allowed us generous time to think and finalise our decision with no pushing.
Overall, a great (first) car buying experience with no hassles. Very impressed and personally would recommend everyone to visit.

Great service from start to finish
We have been deling with Ben in the Uckfield branch when purchasing our vehicle. He was very friendly, attentive and went out of his way to get us a good deal for our part exchange. Fiat500C - happy customer.
Myself and my wife started looking for a small car to replace our electric mini that went back after three years with very few miles on the clock. Outstanding Customer Service
Recently bought our second car from Blu Auto. Saw the C Class Estate on the forecourt while driving past. Gave them a call and arranged a test drive with Ben Cooper. Ben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair part exchange valuation, which I was happy with. I was in and out, including test drive in under an hour. Ben continued to keep me posted on delivery and the car was ready a few days later. On collection the car was valeted to a very high standard and Ben gave me a further overview of the controls. Over the coming couple of days of using the car, although running well, it was clearly suffering from a low voltage issue. I called them up and explained the situation and within 20 minutes two very nice gentlemen turned up at my house and took the car away to investigate. A couple of hours later the car was returned having had a new battery installed. It is now running perfectly and both car and owner are very happy. Never experienced customer service to this level in my thirty odd years of motoring. Can't praise them enough.

I wanted to take the time to thank Ben Rees-Webbe who helped me purchase a Ford Fiesta from the Ringles Cross showroom. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the car I was looking to purchase.
Ben explained the all the car features, and even took the time to demonstrate how everything worked (especially as I can be very fussy, He has got the patience of a saint!) Feeling of being royally ripped off
Following an MOT I was told I needed vital work doing to my car to the value of £1500. After getting a second and third opinion I ended up with a bill of £515 for all works that were deemed necessary. I was a loyal customer of Blu Auto but feel aggrieved that they were going to completely rip me off. I will never recommend them to anyone again and will take my future custom to a garage that I can trust 😡

Thank you for your review, albeit a very inaccurate description of the circumstances. Your car had a number of advisories when we completed its MOT and as a reputable MOT dealer, we are duly obliged and bound by the DVSA to report these advisories. You requested we quote you for all repairs, even though we advised that some were not urgent. You then took your car to another repairer, who confirmed likewise and completed the most pressing repairs.

When we compared repair costs, we were very similar in charges, although you have been reluctant to disclose information to us on request or respond to our communications. As such, we feel your harsh review very inaccurate and not a fair representation of your actual experience. Our team have provided you with great service to date, even coming out to you on an errand of mercy at no cost, so we hope that may reconsider using us again in the future.

Customer service you can't fault!
Ben initially contacted me in response to my query for the vehicle I ended up buying. He was very professional and knowledgeable in regards to the vehicle and also was able to answer all my questions. On the day of the pick up he kindly offered to drive me back from enterprise where I had to drop the hire vehicle. Ben Cooper was my contact throughout and the whole process across 3-4 days was very straightforward.....certainly no pressurised selling.

Ben was always open to new ideas & solutions as my circumstances changed part way through the discussion. A very flexible and understanding approach whilst being professional at all times.
